Evaluation of the Concept of Sustainability in Terms of Interior Architecture

The aim of this study is to understand the importance of sustainable and correct use of materials in interior design using existing technologies. It is to explain that the structures have important effects on the national economy and that even the most unpretentious and minor changes with the right material selection can make a significant contribution to environmental development and economic prosperity. For this purpose, the concept of sustainability has been evaluated in terms of interior architecture. In addition, the design principles and methods of interior architecture were examined based on the literature. Considering that natural resources are consumed predominantly by the construction sector, not by motor vehicles, as it is believed, sustainable development and sustainable architecture in this context are important for future generations.
