Design Process Implementation Stage Interdisciplinary Time Management Model Structure Proposal
Design describes the process in which many disciplines and stakeholders are managed together within the scope of cooperation. This process describes a formation-construction in which information and data are defined, collected, classified, constructed and managed. Within the scope of this data and information, disciplines and stakeholders constitute the basic construct that manages, constructs and provides data for this process. In this process, it is aimed to construct interdisciplinary time management, manage the workforce resource at the optimum level, define the roles, responsibilities and boundaries of stakeholders, define the tasks in a way that is interconnected and complete, and construct the discipline-stakeholder relations with these tasks. With this study limited to the implementation phase of the design, the interdisciplinary management process will be addressed within the scope of a model. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to create a new perspective within the framework of the building information management application plan and project management by evolving the traditional-sequential management construct with the interdisciplinary time management model construct proposal of the design process implementation phase. In this study, where MsProject will be used as a tool, it is aimed to describe the design process with an additional and original approach to the traditional use of the tool, namely building construction management. |
