Uzuncaburç (Diocaesarea) Archaeo-Village Conservation Strategy Guide

Diocaesarea ancient city, with Uzuncaburç village settlement, is a cultural landscape area where archaeological and rural heritage are integrated together with rural life elements. With this structure, it is possible that the strategies and decisions developed for the protection of the area can be considered as a model proposal for rural development. In this article, project packages developed in different scales and contexts for the area outside the boundaries of the 1st Degree Archaeological Site within the Uzuncaburç settled area are presented.
