There are open-green spaces in the cities, in addition to buildings and circulation system, The design process of green spaces in the cities carried out by landscape architects. The design process consists of several stages. These are preliminary project, final project, quantity survey, price calculation, and technical specifications related to them, preparation of tender and tender dossier. In addition, before starting the project, a survey and analysis are carried out. This process is very important in order to design suitable spaces and plants for the study area. This is the decision process where we choose the most suitable place, plant, equipment and plan for the study area we will design. Landscape architect seeks functionality and aesthetics at every process of the project. In this context, the aim of the research is to make an exploration and quantity of a sample study area with its plan, cross-section and material details and to calculate the approximate cost. As a result, this study will serve as a sample towards how to do approximate cost calculations and contribute to the literature. |
