The Investigate of Fire Extinguisher Production with Industry 4.0 Via the Sample Case Application

 

Modern industrial development proceed several hundred years and until today, four major industrial revolutions have occurred. And now, Fourth Industry Revolution which named Industry 4.0 has been entered. Industry 4.0 purposes the kind of production that contact with each other, can perceive the surroundings with sensors and realize needs by analyzing data, take over production with robots for that better quality, cheaper, faster, less waste production. Additionally, Industry 4.0 allows by monitoring with cyber physical systems in smart factory with modular structure, that objects communicate with each other and with people. In this way, it enables the decentralized collaborative decisions. In today’s competitive environment, it has become inevitable for businesses to apply industry 4.0 to the business world in order to protect and sustain their existence. For his, it is necessary to know the Industry 4.0 concept and its fundamental paradigms very well. In this study, Nero Industry Defense Industry which produce products and projects with semi-automatic machines has been chosen. And it ıs aimed to comparison of the advantages and disadvantages with a fictional industry 4.0 method by examinating of the company’s production structure. While face-to-face interview and observation method was used in the examination of the selected business, Promodel Simulation program was used in designing the fictional model.
