The Concept of Teleosemantics and Relations with Product Semantics in Product Signification Processes

 

Basic level of user-product communication, product readability, the transfer of concepts over products, and signification are methodological highlights of product semantics. It is easily stated that product semantics is a phenomenon expected from designers operating in the field of product design in the actual industry. This can be attributed to the reason causality of product semantics due to the designers' need to design products that sell in many areas, such as innovation, originality, transfer of product identity and continuity. In this article, the concept of teleosemantics and the relation of product semantics in product signification processes are examined. In addition, the concept of "teleosemantic" is explained as an information content and transmission theory in industrial products. With this theory, current developments and approaches in the field of product language and product communication are tried to be revealed.
