Kırkkaşık Bedesteni’nin Yapı Kullanıcıları Bazında Kullanım Sonrasında Değerlendirilmesi

Özet Çalışmada Kırkkaşık Bedesteni’ne verilen el sanatları çarşısı işlevinin, kullanım sürecinde değerlendirilerek yapının sürdürülebilirliğine olan etkisinin tespiti ve bunun sonucunda daha sonraki dönemlerde tarihi yapılara yeni işlev önerecek olan araştırmacılara yardımcı olmak hedeflenmiştir. Özgün işlevini yerine getiremeyen Kırkkaşık Bedesteni’ne verilen yeni işlevin yapı sürdürülebilirliğine etkisi, yapılan anket sonuçlarına dayalı olarak çevresel performans, işlevsel performans ve kültürel algı gibi kullanım sürecinde değerlendirme kriterleri kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Kullanıcılara yöneltilen açık uçlu ve “5’li likert tipi ölçek” soru/ifadelerinden oluşan ve değerlendirmeye alınan toplam 99 kişiden elde edilen anket sonuçları SPSS 22 programına aktarılıp “tanımlayıcı istatistik” ve “frekans analizleri” doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir. Anket sonuçları yapıya verilen yeni işlev, işlevsel ve teknik performans kriterlerine göre yapı sürdürülebilirliğini olumsuz yönde etkilediğini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra otopark sayısının yetersiz olması ve yaya-özel araç ulaşımının kötü olması yapı sürdürülebilirliğini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Bunların aksine toplu taşıma duraklarının yapıya yakın olması yapı sürdürülebilirliğini olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Yapı kültürel algı performans kriteri bağlamında incelenirken verilen işlevin halkın hafızasındaki tarihi özelliklerine zarar vermemesi olumlu yön olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucu, Kırkkaşık Bedesteni’nin yakın çevresinin yeniden düzenlenmesi ve işlevde de değişikliklere gidilerek yapının kullanımının artırılması gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca yapı tanıtımının artırılarak yerel halk ve turistlerin ilgi gösterdiği bir konuma ulaşması gerekmektedir. In the study, it was aimed to determine the effect of the handicraft bazaar function given to Kırkkaşık Bedesteni on the sustainability of the building by evaluating it in the usage process and as a result of this, helping the researchers who will offer new functions to the historical buildings in the following periods. The effect of the new function given to Kırkkaşık Bedesteni, which could not fulfill its original function, on the sustainability of the building was evaluated within the scope of post occupancy evaluation such as environmental performance, functional performance and cultural perception based on the results of the survey. The results of the survey, which consisted of open-ended and "5 Likert type scale" questions / expressions directed to users and obtained from a total of 99 people who were evaluated, were transferred to the SPSS 22 program and evaluated in line with "descriptive statistics" and "frequency analysis". The survey results reveal that the new function, functional and technical performance criteria given to the building negatively affect the sustainability of the building. In addition, the insufficient number of parking lots and poor pedestrian-private vehicle transportation negatively affect the sustainability of the building. On the contrary, the proximity of public transportation stops to the building positively affects the sustainability of the building. While examining the building in the context of cultural perception performance criterion, it has been determined that the function given does not harm the historical features in the memory of the people. As a result of the work carried out, it reveals the need to reorganize the immediate surroundings of the Kırkkaşık Bedesten and to increase the use of the building by making changes in the function. In addition, the publicity of the building should be increased and reach a position where local people and tourists show interest.
