Geleneksel Konutta Yeniden Kullanım Kavramının Mekânsal Açıdan İncelenmesi: Zeynep Onbaşı Evi

ÖZET Toplumların mevcut kültürel özellikleri, dışarıdan alınanlar yönünde değişir ve gelişir. Bununla birlikte kentler de toplumsal ve kültürel özellikleri kapsayan değişken ve dinamik olgular olarak niteliklere bağlı değişim ve gelişim göstermektedirler. Geçmişten günümüze tarihsel gelişim sürecinde, sosyo-kültürel ve sosyo-ekonomik özelliklerin değişime uğramasıyla doğru orantılı olarak kültürel kimlik ve döneme ait yaşam koşulları da değişmektedir. Bu bağlamda kültürel mirasa ait en belirgin öğeler olan geleneksel evler; güncel ihtiyaçlar karşısında ömrünün uzatılması ve belge niteliğinin bozulmadan devam ettirilebilmesi için kimi zaman yeniden işlevlendirme ve kullanım sürecine dahil olabilmektedirler. Tarihi ve kültürel miras yapılarının geleceğe aktarımı; orjinal işlevlerin sürekliliğinin devam ettirilmesiyle ya da bu tür yapılara yeni işlevler verilerek yeniden kullanımlarının sağlanmasıyla mümkün kılınmaktadır. Özgün işlevlerini sürdüren yapıların, günün konfor koşullarına adapte edilmesi ve yeni işlev verilen yapıların da işlevin gerektirdiği yapısal düzenlemeleri içermesi; tarihi yapılarımızın sürekliliğini sağlarken gelecek nesillere aktarılmasına yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, “19. yy. geleneksel ev kültürüne ait bir ürün ve Ege Bölgesi’nin önemli taşınmaz kültürel miras yapılarından biri olan Zeynep Onbaşı Evi”nin fiziksel ve işlevsel olarak butik otele dönüştürülmesi incelenerek değerlendirmeler yapılacaktır. Bu akışta evin tarihi, Kula genelinde yakın çevresi, ait olduğu parselin kullanımı ve mimari özellikleri hakkında edinilen bilgiler aktarılacak; restorasyon kapsamındaki gerekli görselleri ve dökümanlarıyla yeniden kullanımı analiz edilecektir. Tüm bunlarla hedeflenen; bir geleneksel mimari miras yapısının dönüşümünün ortaya konması ve de sonrasında yapılacak olan benzer çalışmalara yol gösterici olunmasıdır. Transfer of historical and cultural heritage structures to the future; It is made possible by maintaining the continuity of the original functions or by providing new functions to such structures by providing them with reuse. The structures that maintain their original functions are adapted to the comfort conditions of the day and the structures that are given new functions include the structural arrangements required by the function; while ensuring the continuity of our historical buildings, it helps to pass them on to the next generations. In this study, physical and functional transformation of “the Zeynep Onbaşı House, a produce of the traditional 19th-century house culture and The Aegean Region, which is one of the most important immovable cultural heritage components” into a boutique hotel will be examined and related evaluations will be made. In this flow, the history of the house, its immediate surroundings throughout Kula, the usage of the parcel it belongs to and its architectural features will be conveyed; and reuse will be analyzed with necessary images and documents within the scope of its restoration. Targeted to all this; revealing the transformation of a traditional architectural heritage structure and guiding similar studies to be realized in the future.
