Geleneksel Urfa Evi’nin Turizm Amaçlı Dönüşümünde “Sıra” Geleneğinin Kullanılması

ÖZET Geleneksel Türk evi günümüzde geçmişten farklı ihtiyaç ve taleplere cevap vermekte yetersiz olduğundan kullanılarak korunması mümkün olmamaktadır. Ya müze olarak işlevsiz kalmakta ya da başka bir işlevle dönüştürüldüğünde özgünlüğe ait birçok özelliği kaybolmaktadır. Bu çalışma geleneksel Urfa evi özelinde geleneksel evin geçmişteki kullanımlarından günümüze cevap verebilecek kullanımlarından biri ya da bazıları ile turizm kapsamı içinde kültürün sergilenmesi kapsamında değerlendirilmesinin hem geleneksel kültürün yaşatılmasını hem de geleneksel evin korunmasına destek sağlayacağı düşünülerek hazırlanmıştır. Geleneksel Urfa evinde icra edilen sıra geleneği günümüzde de yerli ve yabancılar tarafından ilgi görmektedir. Bu geleneğin icrasını görmek için turlar düzenlenmektedir. Ancak geçmişte geleneksel evde icra edilen sıra geleneği günümüzde lokanta, otel restoranlarında müzik programları şeklinde icra edilmektedir. Hem bu geleneğin Türk kültürünü sergileyecek şekilde geleneğe uygun şekilde icra edilebilmesi için hem de özgün mekanı olan geleneksel evde gerçekleştirilmesinin günümüzdeki uygulamalara göre geleneğin sürdürülebilirliği ve geleneksel evin korunması bağlamında özgün ortamında gerçekleşmesinin daha uygun olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, geleneksel sıra geleneğinin özellikleri ve geleneksel Urfa evinin özellikleri irdelenerek sıra geleneğinin geleneksel Urfa evinde geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de turizm sektörünün hizmete dönük sunuma yönelik özelliği sayesinde icra edilebilme imkanı incelenmiştir.
