Geleneksel Urfa Evi’nin Gastronomi Turizmi İçinde Değerlendirilmesi

Kültür; toplumun yaşam boyu tecrübelerinin ve birikimlerinin bir bütünüdür. Kültürü en iyi yansıtan bina türlerinden biri geleneksel konuttur. Mutfak da geleneksel kültürü sergileyen özellikler taşır ve geleneksel Türk mutfağın ana mekanı geleneksel Türk evidir. Bu durumda geleneksel Türk evi; Türk mutfak kültürünün sergilenmesi için de önemli bir bina türü olmaktadır. Geleneksel Urfa evi de mutfak kültürü nedeniyle ülke genelinde bilinen önemli bir yere sahiptir. Urfa'nın mutfak kültürü gastronomi turizmi kapsamında değerlendirilebilecek kadar zengin ve özel bir mutfaktır. Mutfak mekanının yeri geleneksel ev olduğundan geleneksel Urfa mutfağının sunumu için de geleneksel Urfa mutfağının sunum mekanı olarak geleneksel Urfa evi olmalıdır. Bu bağlamda; bu çalışmada geleneksel Urfa mutfağının gastronomi turizmi kapsamında sunumu için geleneksel Urfa evi önerilmiştir.
