Yapı İnşasında Kullanılmak Üzere Sıkıştırılmış Saman Balyaları ile Oluşturulan Modül Üretim Süreci: Örnek Modül Projesi

Özet Makalede, konusu olan tahıl sap balyaları ve ahşap kerestelerle üretilen modüllerin üretim sürecine mercek tutulacaktır. Bu sürecin hem gözlemleyici hem de uygulayıcı rolde olmanın getirdiği sentez ortaya serilecektir. Modüllerin üretim süreci, malzemelerin ölçülendirilmesiyle başlar. Ölçülendirildikten sonra dış koşullara ve yıpratıcı etmenlere daha dayanıklı olması için bir dizi işlemden geçirilir. Sonrasında sıkıştırma işlemi için özel üretilen pres makinesinde balya ve ahşap birbirine vida ile sabitlenerek modül oluşturulur. Oluşturulan modül yüzeyi tıraşlanır ve konut inşasında kullanılmak üzere hazır hale getirilir. Hazır hale getirilen modüller yapı inşa alanlarına nakledilerek kullanılır. The manufacturing process of the modules starts with their sizing. After being sized, it goes through a series of process to make it more resistant to external conditions and abrasive factors. Thus compression process, by fixing the bale and timber each other with screws. After combining all elements surfaces will be shave for create better surface and made ready for housing construction. The ready-made modules are used by transport them to the structures.
