Pandemi ile Değişen Konut İç Mekanını Yeniden Düşünmek

ÖZET Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından pandemi ilan edilmesi ile, Covid-19 salgını yaşamın her alanında zorunlu değişimlere sebep olmuştur. Bu durum eğitim ve sosyal hayat başta olmak üzere pek çok alanda mekânsal değişiklikler yapılması gerekli hale gelmiştir. Tüm bu değişimlerin ışığında, evden çalışma, eğitim ve çeşitli kısıtlamalar insanların evlerini birer ofis, derslik ve sosyalleşebileceği kafe vb. ortak kullanım alanlarına dönüştürmüştür. Sürece herkes gibi hazırlıksız yakalanan tasarımcılar, hızlı, akılcı çözümler üretmek adına çeşitli öneriler sunmaya başlamıştır. Bu durum pandemi ile birlikte yeni bir mimari yaklaşımın gelişimine ön ayak olmuştur. Barınma, yemek yeme vb. ihtiyaçları karşılayan yaşam alanları konutlar, bazı ek fonksiyonlar adapte edilerek, farklı kullanım işlevlerine açık hale gelmiş mekanlara dönüşmüştür. Bu süreç içerisinde iç mekanda malzeme seçimi, ek fonksiyon ihtiyacını karşılayacak modüler sistemlerin tespiti, doğru mekânsal organizasyon, mekânsal sürdürülebilirlik ve teknoloji ile ilişkili akıllı sistemlerin seçimi, bu doğrultuda fonksiyonel, yeni mekan düzenlemelerinin yapılmasında etkili olacaktır. Çevre ve konut ilişkisinin de yeni normal süreçte yeniden değerlendirildiği çalışmada, aslında yeşil alan ve yapının çevre düzeninin son yıllarda göz ardı edildiği tasarımların, bizlerin evlere adeta hapsolduğu günümüzde, ne kadar önemli olduğu gerçeği ile karşı karşıya kalınmasını sağlamıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, yeniden düzenlenen konutların, salgın sonrasında sunulan sürdürülebilir ve ekonomik çözümlerle, kullanıcısı için tüm yüklenen ek fonksiyonlar ile birlikte yeniden konforlu yaşam alanlarına dönüşebilmesi sağlanabilecek, değerlendirmeler sonraki uygulamalara referans olabilecektir. ABSTRACT With the declaration of a pandemic by the World Health Organization, the Covid-19 epidemic caused necessary changes in all areas of life. This situation has become necessary to make spatial changes in many areas, especially in education and social life. In the light of all these changes, working from home, education and various restrictions make people's homes, an office, classroom and café where they can socialize. Designers caught unprepared for the process like everyone else have started to offer various suggestions in order to produce fast, rational solutions. This situation led to the development of a new architectural approach with the pandemic. Living spaces, residentals which are that meet the needs, accommodation, eating, etc., have been transformed into spaces that have become open to different usage functions by adapting some additional functions. In this process, the selection of interior materials, the determination of modular systems to meet the additional function needs, the correct spatial organization, spatial sustainability and the selection of smart systems related to technology will be effective in making functional and new space arrangements accordingly. In the study, where the relationship between environment and housing is re-evaluated in the new normal process, it has enabled us to face the reality of how important the green space and the designs, which have been ignored in recent years, are almost confined to homes today. Within the scope of the study, it will be ensured that the reorganized houses can be transformed into comfortable living spaces with the sustainable and economical solutions offered after the epidemic, with all the additional functions installed for the user, and the evaluations will be a reference to the next applications.
